New to Gilroy Presbyterian Church?

If you are, you might have some questions about what you can expect when you pull into our driveway on a Sunday morning. One of the first things you might notice is that everybody is dressed pretty casually. A few folks like to spit and shine their shoes, but most of us just want to be comfortable in a pair of khakis and a sweater. No dress code required.

The next thing you might notice as you enter the sanctuary is the music and atmosphere. If you come to the 9 a.m. service you're likely to be greeted by the the swell of our organ. If you appreciate the traditional music and great hymns of the church, the 9 a.m. service is for you! Along with a little more formal feel, this service includes an anthem from the Sanctuary Choir, and a few Presbyterian traditions like the Prayers of the People and the Lord's Prayer.

On the other hand, if you like a more casual setting and music you can hop to – check out the 10:30 a.m.  service. This hour long service includes more video and media technology as part of our expression of worship, upbeat music led by a band and has a more casual feel throughout.

After each service you will generally find folks hanging out in the courtyard area in the summer and in our Fellowship Hall in the winter, with a cup of coffee and chatting it up with their friends. You're invited to join in on the conversation and come be a part of the community at Gilroy Presbyterian Church. Wherever you are in your spiritual journey, GPC offers you a place where Grace prevails over judgment and relationship triumphs over ideology.

Come. Check out what is happening at Gilroy Presbyterian Church.
